The researcher reviewed the field study, thesis abstract that he conducted in Hadhramout University on the total quality management and its impact on job performance. The examination committee praised the efforts made by the researcher in preparing the thesis, and recommended to make some amendments to improve and revise the thesis. The examination committee approved to award a master’s degree in business administration at Administrative Sciences college at Hadhramout University to the researcher Ahmed Sheikh Omar Bamzahim.
The examination was attended by a number of heads of scientific departments, staff members of the Administrative Sciences College, a number of researchers, postgraduate students, and the researcher’s family and relatives.
