Roles and Responsibilities of Quality Committee Heads
  • Supervise the operational system of the committee.
  • Prepare necessary work plans.
  • Represent the committee externally.
  • Organize the preparation of the self-study report.
  • Organize the preparation of the annual report and submit it to the Faculty Council.
Roles and Responsibilities of the Quality Committee
  • Complete the description and reporting of academic programs and courses.
  • Review and update program and course content based on developments in the field, external reviewers’ reports, program/course reports, and labor market needs.
  • Propose necessary actions to meet academic standards requirements.
  • Prepare periodic reports on committee activities and submit them to the Faculty Quality Council.
  • Carry out other tasks assigned to the committee related to quality assurance in the faculty.
Roles and Responsibilities of the Performance Evaluation and Academic Accreditation Committee at the Faculty :
  • Prepare the faculty to meet quality assurance and academic accreditation standards.
  • Monitor and review annual self-evaluation reports and adherence to development and procedural plans within the specified timeframe.
  • Continuously collect data and information related to accreditation requirements.
  • Supervise the self-evaluation process and prepare self-study reports.
  • Follow up on the implementation of opinion surveys related to educational components and prepare result reports.
  • Prepare periodic reports on committee activities and submit them to the Faculty Quality Council.
  • Carry out other tasks assigned to the committee related to performance evaluation and academic accreditation.
Roles and Responsibilities of the Documentation and Statistics Committee at the Faculty:
  • Establish a database and information system for the faculty.
  • Prepare the annual report of the faculty.
  • Maintain all academic documents related to the committee.
  • Publish and document the center’s activities through media channels.
  • Prepare periodic reports on committee activities and submit them to the Faculty Quality Council.
  • Carry out other tasks assigned to the committee related to performance evaluation and academic accreditation.
