In Falak the university city, a joint cooperation agreement was signed between the Engineering and Petroleum College /HU and the Yemeni Engineers union, Hadhramout Branch, signed by Dr. Amer Badr bin Mardah, Dean of the Engineering and Petroleum College , and Eng. Omar Mabrouk Mukhair, President of the Engineers union.
