Eng. Omar Mabrouk Mukher; head of the Yemeni Engineers Union at Hadhramout met with Mr. Dhafer Ali Al-Jabri; head of the Student Council at HU Engineering and Petroleum Faculty. The meeting discussed joint cooperation between the two parties in the context of strengthening the relationship between the engineering union and the competent authorities in Hadramaut.
The meeting reviewed how relationships were exchanged for the implementation of training programs and courses for students in all engineering specializations within the partnership agreement signed by the union and the Deanship of the Faculty to serve the students. As well as benefiting from the training hall of the Engineers union to implement the qualifying courses by the Student Council. In addition to preparing for signing a memorandum of understanding between the Engineers union and the Student Council of the Faculty in the coming period.
From his part, the head of the Yemeni Engineers union expressed their readiness to cooperate with the Student Council at HU Engineering and Petroleum faculty in various fields, since Engineers paid great attention to engineering students who were the main pillar. Moreover, It was the only faculty that provides the union and society with specialized engineering cadres. He indicated that the union will implement a number of engineering courses for engineers who have union membership which will contribute to raising their skills and capabilities and help them obtain job opportunities in the governorate. The meeting was attended by Mr. Salem Awadh bin Taleb; the secretary in charge of the Student Council, at Engineering and Petroleum Faculty, Hadhramout University.
