Participation of HU Student Chapter Team- SPE ADIPEC Virtual University

The Deanship of the Engineering and Petroleum Faculty at Hadhramout University congratulated the Petroleum Engineering Department on the occasion of the HU student chapter team participation in the Society of Petroleum Engineers- ADIPEC virtual University program. It was held along with the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC-2021), under Slogan: Energy Transition and Future Fuels, which includes a competition of projects.
The team passed the first and second stages at the regional level (Middle East and North Africa), and reached the final stage among the top ten teams in the world. Only these ten teams will participate, and will present their projects during the conference days from 15-18 November. The presented project entitled (Production of Green Hydrogen by Plasma Technology using Geothermal Energy in Yemen), which was presented by the students: Aseel Mohammed Bin Afeef, Saleh Ahmed Al-Wahiry, Saleh Saeed Bin Hmran, and Manal Fakhraldeen Mohammed.
