The faculty of Engineering and Petroleum at Hadhramout University organized an introductory symposium of the Bentley educational platform on Wednesday morning, 3rd March, 2022. It provides educational services to engineering students in the world. The attendees heard from Dr. Mishaal Ahmed Shaiban; a staff member in the Civil Engineering Department at the faculty, an introduction of the platform, its objectives, and how to provide students with educational programs in the field of engineering in its various branches. Moreover, he explained that the platform contains more than 60 educational original version programs in the fields of engineering, as well as providing technical support for these programs. He indicated that the platform offers technical courses and grants certificates for these courses, in addition to offering some competitions to students of engineering faculties in the world. He explained that the platform provides e-books and educational videos, as well as providing advice to students, through its library.
At the end of the symposium, Dr. Mishaal reviewed the registration mechanism on this platform, urging students to take advantage of it and the services it provides. The symposium was attended by Dr. Khalid Sahel bin Ishaq; head of the Electronics and Communications Engineering Department, and Eng. Zaher Mubarak Thawban; media supervisor at the faculty.
