On Sunday morning, March 27, 2022, a scientific symposium was held in the Conference Hall of the Faculty of Engineering and Petroleum at the Hadhramaut University, entitled (Ideal Methods of Restoring and Rehabilitating Concrete Structures), presented by Eng. Abdulrrahman Samdan.
The symposium included a definition of how to study the problem, the necessary tests for it, the correct methods for diagnosing the problem, determining its causes, in addition to the evaluation and judgment mechanism on the safety of the facility, and identifying the necessary treatments to solve the problem, with an applied example of a project containing concrete problems.
This symposium, which targeted civil and architectural engineering students, comes within the framework of cooperation between the Faculty and the Institute of the Nobles Academy for Training and Rehabilitation.
