Tasks :
- Follow up the implementation of the quality management system ISO 9001: 2000.
- Establishing different systems, standards, and models that are used to evaluate the various college activities.
- Supervising the implementation of the university’s strategy in the college with regard to quality.
- Supervising the training of trainers in the field of quality administration.
- Analysing and evaluating the results of quality training programs for the Colleges’ employees.
- Supervising the evaluation of the performance level in the college.
- Working on the implementation and follow-up of the academic evaluation and accreditation.
- Supervising the development and implementation of the college’s strategic plans.
- Follow up the College’s Excellence Awards procedures.
- Work to implement other tasks assigned to the unit with regard to quality and apply them..
