Tasks:
- To prepare the Center annual budget draft, its expenses and revenues and a system of its publications sales.
- To develop plans and coordinate with other departments and follow up their implementation.
- Guidance and supervision of employees.
- To evaluate the activities.
- To address the responsible authorities of University Presidency and to cooperate with the other colleges.
- To address the international and local organizations to provide material and moral needs and support.
