Tasks:

  1. To prepare the Center annual budget draft, its expenses and revenues and a system of its publications sales.
  2. To develop plans and coordinate with other departments and follow up their implementation.
  3. Guidance and supervision of employees.
  4. To evaluate the activities.
  5. To address the responsible authorities of University Presidency and to cooperate with the other colleges.
  6. To address the international and local organizations to provide material and moral needs and support.
