On Wednesday, 13 October 2019, the deanship of nursing college met Out-Reach Clinician development (OCDO), where representatives an overview about the team and its activities, and the team’s Executive Director presented the team’s 2019 plan. The Dean of Nursing college gave an overview of the college and its participation in society.
The meeting aimed to examine the collaboration and partnership between Nursing College and Out-Reach Clinician development organization and to study the future needs of this partnership; They identified points of cooperation in future activities of the institution and the College, including:
- Signing of an agreement to involve fourth-level and excellence students in the establishment of medical camps and convoys.
- Implementation of specialized quality training courses for students
- Use the college’s faculty to participate in the activities of the Institution through courses, seminars, conferences, etc.
- Community participation in interactive clinics and health education.
- To open the field of voluntary admission to OCDO team of students.
Finally, the two sides agreed to prepare well for the International Day of Nursing in partnership and coordination, which will take place every 12 May , the coming month of Ramadan.
