Dr. Abdullah Saeed Al-Hanashi; Dean of Nursing Faculty at Hadhramout University, received the two delegations. Dr. Abha Abdullah Ba Awaidan, Eng. Awadh Muhammad Balfaqih; Executive Director, Ms. Ferial Faraj Basaad, Program Specialist from Benevolent Fund For Outstanding Students and Mr. Salem Bamsalem; Director of the Educational Programs at Selah Foundation for Development.
The meeting discussed the progress of the Master’s Program in Critical Care Nursing, which is funded by Selah Foundation and supervised by the Benevolent Fund, according to the partnership agreement between the two parties. The meeting reviewed the activities implemented during the first year of the program, and the various accompanying activities such as practical application and implemented courses.
The attendees appreciated the effective and active role played by the faculty in the success of the program, and the good coordination with the participating parties, especially the universities of Assiut and Mansoura. The meeting also discussed the future requirements for completing this program.
Dr. Abdullah Saeed Al-Hanashi praised the role of Selah Foundation and Benevolent Fund for Outstanding Students, and His Excellency Dr. Omar Abdullah Bamhsoun; the founder of the Benevolent Fund, in facilitating the difficulties for the success of the program, as well as the continuing support for other programs that meet the health needs of the community
