- To oversee all aspects of the personnel of the Centre.
- To monitor the conduct of administrative work.
- To make the necessary purchases
- To organize the documentary session.
- To prepare a budget proposal in coordination with other departments and submit it to the Director.
- To prepare the final accounts and submit them to the Director.
