  1. To record incoming and outgoing transactions to the center.
  2. to oversee all printing and copying of the Centre.
  3. To preserve all academic documents of the Centre.
  4. To submit periodic reports on the activity of the Department and submit them to the Director.
  5. Any other tasks assigned by the Director.
