Hadhramout University team participates in the first session of the international HULT PRIZE competition in Cairo


On Friday evening, April 12, 2019, the first session of the HULT PRIZE international competition was held in Cairo, hosted by the British University (BUE), in the presence of a team representing HU in Yemen. In which the teams participating in the HULT PRIZE competition learned about the international laws and rules that must be followed when presenting projects, and alerted the committee judges to accept the criteria for the participations, indicating the methods of communication; To clarify the idea and take into account the time specified for the explanation of the project that will be presented by the participating team. The session included presenting some successful projects, sharing them with the students submitted in the competition and discussing them to benefit from previous participations and overcome mistakes. The HU team participated in the first session of the global competition HULT PRIZE, represented by “Ahmed Al-Kaf”, “Marzouk Badris” and “Abdul-Hadi Belghit”, as their project will be presented on Saturday 13/4/2019, which will be subject to the supervision of the jury to compete with 50 participating teams from different countries of the world . It is worth noting that HU participates for the first time in an international competition represented by the university’s doctors’ cadre, the head of the delegation, “Dr. Libya Bahawireth”, the deputy “Dr. Muhammad Al-Kasadi”, and the communications and relations officer in the office of the deputy president for student affairs, “A. Ahlam bin Hamid”, The trip of the participating delegation was organized by the campus team represented by “Saleh Al-Tamimi”, “Rashid Basreeh”, “Abdullah bin Shihab” and “Abdullah Bawazeer”.
