On Thursday morning, 5/12/2019, an introductory meeting was held on the mechanism of admission and registration at HU in the activities and meetings hall of the Bamatraf High School for Boys, in which Professor Muhammad Ashour Bagbir, the general registrar of the university, and Mr. Abdullah Abdul Raouf bin Thalab, Director of the Admission and Registration Department spoke. The General Registrar has begun to provide an adequate definition of the university and its colleges and departments of its colleges, and the university study systems of general admission, private expense, parallel education, and open education. Then he touched on how to register, its methods and duration, urging students to take advantage of this meeting to give them insight into the registration process. And to help them reserve their seats in the colleges of the university. Then, Mr. Abdullah Abdul Raouf bin Thalab spoke, explaining how to accept and register in each college separately, the percentage required to enroll in each college, and how the students’ desires are arranged. Then the door was opened for discussion and inquiry, and Professors Bagbir and Bin Thalab answered the students’ inquiries. This introductory meeting was well received by the attendees.In conclusion, the high school administration presented a commemorative shield to the two teachers, thanking them for taking the trouble on the road, sitting with the students, and explaining this important information to them. The meeting was attended by the director of the secondary school, Mr. Muhammad Ali Al-Amari, the secondary agent, Mr. Murad Sael Al-Nashadi, and members of the Parents’ Council, Mr. Khaled Muhammad Basalih, Mr. Abdullah Saeed Bamkhtar, and a number of high school faculty members.
