The council of HU Students training center held its first meeting of the year 2022. It was headed by the vice president for students affairs; Prof. Salem Mubarak Al Obathani on Wednesday in January, 26. It was attended by acting vice president for students affairs; Prof. Salem Mohammed Bin Salman.
The meeting discussed the center’s achievements during the second half of the year 2021 and the most prominent training courses and scientific workshops that were implemented for students of the university’s scientific and humanities faculties, as well as the most prominent partners with whom they cooperated in the implementation of these training courses.
Moreover, they discussed the center’s plan for the current year 2022, in which the plan of training courses, which contained twenty-five training courses in various specializations was discussed in addition to the center’s executive plan, program plan, and analysis of the center’s situation during The years 2021 and 2022.
In conclusion, the Chairman of the Board Directors of the Hadhramout University Center for Student Training praised the efforts made by the General Director of the Center, Dr. Adel Mahfoudh Basdes, and the staff of the center, stressing the importance of the role played by the Center in training and qualifying Hadhramout University students in various scientific specializations. He described the complementary role of the outcomes of the scientific and humanities departments, and filling the gap between university education and practical reality in various sectors that needs professional cadres.
