On Sunday, November 24, 2024, the Nursing Faculty at Hadhramout University organized a specialized workshop on interpreting laboratory test results for second-year students.
Prof. Dr. Abdullah Saeed Al-Hanshi, Dean of the Faculty, emphasized the importance of such workshops in enhancing students’ skills and strengthening their competencies. He noted that this workshop is part of a partnership agreement with Al-Amal Health Center, affiliated with the Al-Amal Women’s Social and Cultural Foundation.
Dr. E’timad Mohammed Bin Shahna, Director of Al-Amal Health Center, stated that this workshop is part of a series of training sessions conducted in collaboration with the Faculty of Nursing. These sessions aim to improve the quality of education and training in the healthcare field and contribute to the future development of students’ performance.
During the workshop, Dr. Nabil Salem Maseaan, Consultant in Internal Medicine and holder of the Jordanian Board, presented valuable insights on how to scientifically and practically interpret and analyze laboratory test results. He also covered the following key topics

At the conclusion of the workshop, the students expressed their gratitude to the Faculty of Nursing and Al-Amal Health Center for organizing such valuable training sessions. They also extended their sincere thanks to the workshop presenter for the insightful and practical information shared during the session.
It is worth noting that 70 male and female students participated in this workshop.
