Awareness Lectures Launched as Part of University Student Week
In celebration of Gulf Week and in preparation for the Cancer Awareness Campaign – February 2025, and as part of University Student Week, the Faculty of Nursing, in collaboration with the Hadhramout Foundation for Cancer Control, organized an awareness lecture on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, in Al-Sahabiyyah Rufaidah Hall.
The lecture was delivered to third-year students by Dr. Arwa Abdullah Bakarman, who addressed the causes of cancer, prevention methods, and modern treatment approaches. The session witnessed a good level of engagement from the students.
