The Viva- Voce Examination on MA Thesis of the Business Administration Department at Open Education Faculty- Hadhramout University


The Viva – Voce examination was held on Wednesday 06/07/2022 by the researcher Zaher Mubarak Thawban in the Higher Studies Hall of the Arts Faculty at Fuwa Faculties Complex to examine the master’s thesis entitled ” the impact of the job rotation strategy on the administrative empowerment ” A field study on Hadhramout University employees.

The examination committee consisted of Dr. Saleh Amar Al-Jareri; external examiner and chairperson, from University of Aden, Dr. Khaled Muhammad Al-Jabri; internal examiner, from Hadhramout University, and Dr. Mohsen Muhammad bin Kulaib; supervisor from Hadhramout University.

At the beginning of the examination, the researcher presented a summary of his thesis, which included the theory, concepts, and methodology he used in the analysis, along with the objectives and significance. The scientific and research thesis concluded by the results achieved by the university in applying the job rotation strategy, and its impact on the administrative empowerment process. The examination committee praised the efforts made by the researcher in preparing this scientific and field research thesis, and distinguished results that achieved concrete steps towards implementing the job rotation strategy and its impact on administrative empowerment at Hadhramout University. The examination committee approved granting the researcher a master’s degree in  Business Administration- Open Education faculty.
