The viva- voce examination on the M.A thesis was held on from the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Open Education, Mukalla by the researcher Omaima Mahfouz Al-Bakri. It titled ”The impact of financial constraints on the efficiency of managing small projects in the coast of Hadramout, a field study.”At the end of the examination, the committee enrich the thesis with a number of scientific remarks and approved awarding her the master’s degree.
