HU Vice president checking on the progress of the Examination at Open Education College


Prof. Salem Mubarak Al-Awbathani, HU Vice President for Student Affairs with Dr. Muhammad Salem bin Jamaan, Dean of Open Education College, checks on the progress of the final examinations for the academic year 2017-2018 at Open Education College in the Future Colleges Complex in the majors of (Journalism and Media – Arabic Language – English Language- Islamic studies – History – Geography – Kindergartens – Accounting – Business administration – Law). Vice President and his companions moved through the examination halls, considerd  the progress of the examination performance regularly , in a competitive atmosphere among students praising the discipline and the distinguished organization of the examination halls and preparing the appropriate atmosphere for the examinations, indicating  that the university presidency will provide the necessary facilities for the success of the educational process at Open Education College, expressing his great satisfaction with all  the arranging and organizing the halls and distributing students according to their majors and academic levels. He thanked the Deanship of the College and the Examination Committee for their efforts to facilitate the examination process for students, for their keenness to perform it correctly, confirming that Hadhramout University was distinguished from the rest of the universities through the program for computerizing student affairs, the electronic system for speedy communication of information between the deanships of the college, the faculty and students in the various colleges of the university.

Dr. Muhammad Salim bin Jamaan, Dean of Open Education College indicated that these exams are conducted in several exam centers in the cities of Mukalla, Al-Hajreen, Raidah Al-Jawheen and Al-Mahra at the same time under the supervision of a specialized committee from the college calling on students to make more efforts to achieve the best scientific results, wishing students success in their undergraduate studies. They were accompanied during the visit by: Dr. Khaled Al-Keldi, Deputy Dean of Open Education College, Dr. Yasser Al-Qahoum, Dean of Law College, and Mr. Ali Bakran Baziyad, Director of the Admission and Registration Department at Open Education College, and a number of the university’s faculty
