Overview Of History Department

It is a fact that the study of history is very important to know about any nation. The study of history reveals the political, social and economic stages experienced by countries and people through a comprehensive study of the events that the countries and kingdoms experienced during the period followed by other incidents, characters who have played roles in life.

  1. To participate in serving the local community by providing public lectures and symposiums inside and outside the University, as well as the participation of the faculty members in the regional and international scientific conferences.
  2. To provide  the labor market with qualified graduates.
  3. To prepare academically qualified cadres to teach history in public and private schools and related educational institutions.
