Women’s Faculty Organizes A Course on Community Volunteering

Women’s Faculty and the Voluntary Youth Forum organized the training session on volunteering that targeted the students of the Women’s Faculty. Mr. Mohamed Al-Saghir, a certified trainer in human development, presented the course. Dr. Nawal Mahfouz Marei, the Deputy Dean of the Women’s Faculty, welcomed the trainer and expressed her gratitude to him and the students on behalf of the Dean, represented by Dr. Najat Ahmed Bousaba. She emphasized the importance of such courses in developing the student’s character and engaging them in serving the community. The trainer discussed the definition and necessity of volunteering obstacles that may arise and how to avoid and overcome them. The training session witnessed significant interaction between the trainer and the students, including discussions and relevant exercises. Ms. Sara Bajri, The Executive Director of the Family and Community Development Service Unit at the faculty also attended the session.
