A Workshop on Development of the Master’s Programme in Food & Fish Processing Technology was held at Academic development & quality assurance center. Prof. Adbullah Saleh Babair, Vice president for academic affairs praised the role of the college to contribute in development of the College’s output through the opening of new programs that contribute to the community.
The workshop discusses a number of key axes of the Food Science and Technology Programme and the review of the Academic Manual, which aims to develop scientific cadres capable of conducting scientific research in the areas of food technology science, developing leadership cadres active in the application of food laws and legislation, developing the manufacturing of food products, as well as preparing a Quire capable of implementing the latest quality management and safety systems in food factories and how to deal with recent developments in modern technology in food manufacturing.
