The conclusion of the training program for the students of the English Language and Islamic Studies Department.

On Tuesday, April 3rd, 2018, the training program ”Teacher Ambition’’ for the fourth-level students – of the English Language and Islamic Studies departments was concluded at the training hall of the Women’s College in Mukalla. It was organized by the college and funded by the “Optimistic Foundation for Development”.

At the closing ceremony, Prof. Najat Ahmed Bousaba delivered a speech to the college deanship addressing three messages. The first massage was to her students, showing them the importance of benefiting from this training course, as it represents a skillful application of the student ambition who wants to carry the message of education, noting that this program represents support for the given theoretical framework.

She also commended the conscious commitment of the participating students, which is a stimulus to the Dean of the College to establish such rehabilitation programs.

The Dean of the College, expressed her thanks and appreciation in her second message to the Optimistic Foundation for Development hoping to continue in supporting the establishment with such programs for the College.

 

 

Moreover, in her third message, she thanked the participating staff and the unknown people  who silently contribute to the success of these courses due to their hard work.

Mr. Hassan Baras; chairman of the Optimistic Foundation for development has confirmed the importance of this training program, as it will be implement in three colleges of the Hadhramout University since Women’s College – Mukalla was the first to establish it. He thanked the Dean of the College for the effective organization of this program.

The trainer of the program, Mr. Hassan Al-Shineani, praised the commitment of the trainee students to attend and interact positively with what was given to them in this training program and their desire to benefit from it.

The closing ceremony was attended by the Head of the Islamic Studies Department, Prof. Zaben Aziz Al-Asafi, and the Head of the English Language Department, Dr. Najla Abdullah Ateeq Bajbair.

It is worth noting that the program targeted 30 female students from the Department of Islamic Studies and 50 female students from the English Department, 4 hours per day and over three consecutive days. Each department was given the program separately to complete the benefit. At the end of the ceremony, the trainee students were awarded certificates of the program completion.
