Faculty of Women Launches A Student Awareness Programme Entitled “Working Women Psychology ” at Mukalla

The “Working Women Psychology ” awareness programme for students, implemented by the Protection and Livelihood Support Project Safe Space for Women and Girls in partnership with Women’s Faculty, was launched, where  Prof.  Hadi Salem Al Sabban, Vice-President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, confirmed the celebration of women as the primary partners of men in society. We recognized the role of Faculty in attending to such global events by setting up a variety of activities that contribute to highlighting the abilities and skills of female students.

On her part, Prof.  Najat Ahmed Bo Seven, Dean of Hadhramaut University’s Women’s Faculty, said that today we celebrate women and their distinction in various fields, and their role in nation-building.

On his part, Judge Khaled Saeed Aissa, the project coordinator, noted that the protection project was funded by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and implemented by the Humanitarian Access Society, and targeted women and girls in social protection to enhance their social risk capacities. The project implemented a number of programmes targeting women in Hadramaut, as well as legal and social support and counselling for women.
