HU President launched Entrance Exams for College of Computers & IT in the new building at Future Colleges Complex

Prof. Mohammed Saeed Khanbesh, HU President, accompanied with  Saeed Mahfouz Batrafi, Assistant Vice-President of the University for Student Affairs and Dr. Mohammad Bamatraf, Dean of the College of Computers and Information Technology (CIT), launched the Entrance Exam for Computer and Information Technology College at new building Future Colleges Complex in Fouh, which was opened by the Prime Minister’s State Dr. Ahmed Obaid bin Dagar during his recent visit to Hadhramaut governorate.

which have approximately 900 students in the fields of information technology, computer engineering and computer science.

In a statement from HU President, he stressed that the University had 17 colleges. College of Computers and Information Technology was one of the University’s colleges that its establishment was an urgent necessity of the Labour market and its link to quality and academic accreditation. The curricula of these colleges have been linked to the global curricula of Arab and foreign universities in order to contribute to the creation of a highly qualified university student who will contribute to the proper building of society.

Dr. Mohammed Bamatraf, Dean of College , pointed out that the enrolment of students applying to the College is large and unexpected  of the academic year 2017-2018, is regarded as the first university year.
