بمشاركة جامعة حضرموت: اجتماع شركاء مشروع المفوضية الأوروبية حول تطوير التعليم العالي بالجامعات اليمنيه
شاركت جامعه حضرموت في اجتماع المفوضيه الاوروبيه عبر تقنيه الزوم يوم الجمعه الموافق 14 يونيو 2024 م ، وقد مثل الجامعه في الاجتماع الدكتور / لطفي سعيد بن دحمان المدير العام للتعاون الدولي، ويهدف المشروع الى تطوير مكاتب العلاقات الدولية في مؤسسات التعليم العالي اليمنية، وترس الاجتماع الدكتور جورجيو بالزارياني من جامعة لينك كامبس الايطاليه، ويضم المشروع ثمان جامعات يمنيه وخمس مؤسسات اوروبيه وهم على النحو الاتي:
1. جامعة لينك كامبوس (إيطاليا).
2. اتحاد الجامعات المتوسطية (إيطاليا).
3. كلية الدراسات الاجتماعية العليا (سلوفينيا).
4. مجلس الاعتماد للجامعات رائدة الأعمال (ألمانيا).
5. جامعة مارتن لوثر، هالي-فيتنبرغ (ألمانيا)
6. جامعة أبين (اليمن).
7. جامعة العادل (اليمن).
8. جامعة عدن (اليمن).
9. جامعة حضرموت (اليمن).
10. جامعة لحج (اليمن).
11. جامعة سيئون (اليمن).
12. جامعة شبوة (اليمن).
13. جامعة تعز (اليمن).
وتم في الاجتماع مناقشة الجوانب التنظيمية الضرورية لنجاح المشروع (الجدول الزمني، التمويل)، محتويات حزم العمل الفردية التي تحتاج إلى تفعيل من قبل الشركاء اليمنيين، تحديات التواصل وأدوات الاتصال، خطوات الإعداد لتجهيز دليل مستخدِم منصة التعلم الإلكتروني وكذلك مراحل إنجاز المشروع المتعلقة بتدريب شركائنا اليمنيين.
On June 14, 2024, we attended the Partner Meeting of the project: YHELD – Yemeni Higher Education Leading to Development of relint offices. The Partner Meeting was held online, led by Giorgio Balzareani, Link Campus University (Italy).
Project team YHELD and partners on project: Link Campus University (Italy), UNIMED – Mediterranean Universities Union (Italy), SASS (Slovenia), Accreditation Council for Entrepreneurial and Engaged Universities (Germany), Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg (Germay), University of Abyan (Yemen), Al-Adel University (Yemen), Universeity of Aden (Yemen), Hadhramout University (Yemen), University of Lahej (Yemen), Seiyun University (Yemen), University of Shabwa (Yemen), Taiz University (Yemen). We discussed:
Organizational aspects, that we need to be successful with implementation of the project (timeline, financing…)
Contents of individual working packages, that need additional engagement from our Yemeni partners.
Communication challenges and tools for communication.
Preparation steps for eLearning platform user manual.
Milestones of the project, related to training of our Yemeni partners.
Together with our partners, we have identified a lot of opportunities, that will raise project on a higher level. Despite communication challenges arising from difficulties faced by our Yemeni partners in attending online meetings, incremental progress is noted. All partners agreed that continuing in this direction, both in terms of coordination and activity execution, will lead to further improvements of the project.
