Hadhramout University Resolution No.(196) in 2020 on November 29, 2020 stated – after the preamble – under article No.(1) to appoint Mr.Nabeel Omar Baquhoom a director of the financial audit administration . Article No.(2) stated that the decision shall be enforced from the date of its issuance, and the concerned authorities must approve and implement it
