Prof. Mohammed Saeed Khanbesh, President of Hadhramout University, reviewed a number of issues of interest to the University’s Faculty of Open Education during his meeting with the delegation of the Ministry of Higher Education ,Scientific Research, Technical Education and Vocational Training, headed by Prof. Khaled Omar Baslem, Under-Secretary for Educational Affairs, and in the presence of his attendees: Dr. Khaled Saffel, Director-General of the Community Education Sector, Dr. Mustafa Hussain Al-Shaabi, Director of Legal Affairs of the Ministry, and Dr. Latfi Khenbri, Associate Professor of Information Technology of Aden University .
Where HU President touched on the mechanisms of work, admission and registration, the progress of studies, and the curricula of the Faculty of Open Education. For their part, the Vice Presidents for Academic and Student Affairs explained the aspects of academic and student work in the various stages of the faculty , from admission, registration, and study progress to graduation.
While , Dr. Walid Ahmed Al-Attas, Dean of Open Education Faculty talked about the progress of the study at the College, exams and study schedules for educational meetings, while Dr. Muhammad Abdullah Bamatraf, Dean of the College of Computing and Information Technology, reviewed the mechanism of study in the Faculty , and the possibilities that can be used in the transition to the e-learning system.
On his part, Dr. Khaled Omar Baslem, expressed his admiration and pleasure at visiting HU and meeting the leadership of the University and the Faculty of Open Education, examining the foundations for achieving the desired goals of the faculty and reaping the expected results in opening up opportunities for university education for all, especially female students.
