This morning, March 8, 2022, Professor Dr. Ibrahim Abdulmadeb, Vice-President of the University of Petronas Technology of Malaysia, met through Zoom technology.
The meeting resulted in a number of items and recommendations in implementation of the Convention between the two Universities .
At the beginning of the meeting, Prof. Mohammed Saeed Khanbesh, HU President , welcomed the Vice-President of Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS and the other Malaysian participants and emphased the relationship between the two universities and the degree of convergence in the implementation of a number of joint programmes and projects, including: The exchange of students, the opening of postgraduate programmes in certain engineering disciplines, as well as the training and qualification of both faculty and students, as well as the preparation and preparation of a joint research project funded by the two universities.
On his part, Prof. Ibrahim Abdulmutallab, Vice President of the Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS , welcomed HU leadership , appreciated the extent of the continuous work in order to activate the concluded agreements, and stressed the university’s keenness to strive for the success of the programs that were discussed by the joint committees, for the benefit of the two universities’ affiliates.
The meeting was attended by the Hadhramaut University : Prof. Abdullah Saleh Babair, Academic Representative, Prof. Salem bin Salman, Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs, Dr. Lotfi Ibn Dahman, Director General of International Cooperation, Prof. Salem Bamamin, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Petroleum, and Mr. Hussein Baslib, Director General To the office of the president of the university, and Dr. Samir Al-Buri, the representative of the university in Malaysia.
