On Thursday, 06/24/2021, the ISTY World Forum organized a virtual meeting to exchange knowledge about receiving students and trainees. In the meeting, which was moderated by the organization's chief of operations, Olga Legachka, the organization's offices in India, Kenya, Tunisia and Turkey reviewed their experiences in receiving students and the mechanisms used to ensure an easy admission process, distinguished accommodation, and fruitful training for students coming to their countries. Speakers also focused on recounting the social and cultural characteristics of their countries and the distinctive accommodation options that make the country a destination and first choice for students.
The meeting, which was held via the Zoom application, was attended by representatives of the organization's centers in different countries of the world and a number of students benefiting from the organization's grants. It was attended by the head of the organization at HU Dr. Saleh Omar Al-Batati, who confirmed that such meetings open horizons of knowledge and experiences to transfer, apply and benefit from them in preparing a suitable training and living environment for students in Hadramout in proportion to the available capabilities in order to attract the largest possible number of students for the sake of the students of the governorate and Yemen in general (in return). On exchange offers that refine their practical experiences in international centers, factories and laboratories, which have what is not available in our country, in line with the university’s role in serving its students, graduates and society.
