Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research Launches the Exams for the Cultural Exchange Scholarships Program of the Academic Year 2023-2024

The Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research, Technical Education and Vocational Training launched the admission exams for the cultural exchange scholarships program of the academic year 2023-2024 at Fuwa colleges complex- Hadhramout University.

Prof. Salem Mubarak Al-Obthany; Vice President for Students Affairs along with Mr. Jumaan Bin Shihab; Director of Public Relations and Media Department at Higher Education Ministry and the  General Supervisor of Hadhramout Center, Dr. Atif Al Tamimi; Deputy Dean of Arts Faculty moved through the examination halls to check on the process and call on the students to made an effort to get these scholarships.

Prof. Salem Al-Obthany expressed his appreciation on this launch, confirming that the university has made great efforts to create an atmosphere for students and prepare all necessary requirements for the success of the examination process, thanking the Ministry of Higher Education for adopting Hadhramout University as an examination center for the governorates for these external scholarships.

From his part, the Director of Public Relations and the General Supervisor of the Ministry of Higher Education confirmed that about 178 students, distributed in 6 examination halls, representing the governorates of Hadhramout, Shabwa, Al-Mahra, Socotra, and Dhamar, have applied for the exams to grant cultural exchange program. He mentioned that the exams will be corrected electronically, depending on the high school percentage and the percentage of the exams. He pointed out that scholarships will be announced later according to the results of the exams, expressing his thanks and appreciation to Hadhramout University for creating the atmosphere for holding these exams of cultural exchange program for the second time in a row, wishing the students success.

It is worth mentioning that these external scholarships in countries (Hungary, Egypt, Jordan, Pakistan, and other countries) include medical and engineering specializations.
