Announcement

Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research Deputyship at Hadhramout University announced the commencement of the Coordination process in the postgraduate programs (master- doctorate); second semester for the academic year 2023-2024 on Sunday, 03/12/2023  to Thursday 21/12/2023 for the following programs

Coordination Procedures of the second semester for the academic year 2023-2024:

Coordination Requirements

1- The doctoral applicant must have a master’s degree with at least a very good grade, the master’s applicant must have a bachelor’s degree with at least a good grade. Degrees must be from an accredited university. 

2- The applicant must complete and apply.

3- The applicant should not register in two programs.

4- The Applicant should not dismissed from another university for disciplinary reasons

5- The applicant should pay for the registration fees, 8500 Yemeni rials.

6- The applicant must attach the approval letter for studying from the employer to the application form.

7- The graduation documents should be approved by the Ministry of Higher Education 

8- Applicants to all university faculties except the Open Education faculty must have studied on a regular education system.

9- Applicants from both the regular and non-regular education systems are allowed to register and apply for programs in the Open Education faculty. 

Coordination Fees 

Every applicant is required to pay Five thousand and five hundred (5500)RY for registration and three thousand (3000)RY for the admission exam and interview in Alomqy Exchange on the account of the Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Deputyship 254030399

Documents Required for the Coordination process:

The applicant should submit a file with all these required documents as follows:

1- A true copy of the secondary education certificate or its equivalence.

2- A true copy of the bachelor’s and master’s degrees and the academic record of the applicant for the Doctorate.

3- A true copy of the bachelor’s degree and the academic record of the applicant for the master’s degree.

4- A copy of your identity card or valid passport.

5- A certified copy of the residence permit for non-Yemeni applicants. 

6- Personal photo.

7- Resume.

8- The receipt of the registration fees.

Coordination Process:

The applicant can apply electronically by using this link  

https://hregister.sis-hu.info  

so in this case, the applicant is required to submit all the above-mentioned documents before the examinations to the coordination committee of the registration and admission at the Postgraduate Studies Deputyship. 

Otherwise, the applicant can apply by attending Central Hall at University Presidency- Fuwa/inshaat or in the coordination center in Socotra.

Important Notes:

1- The coordination procedures start on Tuesday 03/12/2023

2- The deadline is on Thursday 21/12/2023

3- Check on the information provided in the coordination card before submission.

4- Coordination procedures are not completed unless the coordination card is printed.

5- Documents must be approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

 Instructions and Guidance:

1- The student should attend the admission exams according to the scheduled time on the coordination card.

2- The student can’t take the exam unless he brings his coordination card.

3- The student should attend 15 minutes before the exam and wear a shirt and trousers.  

4- It is not allowed to bring mobile phones or any relevant materials.

5- The coordination fees are not refundable because they are in exchange for coordination services provided by the university.
