Prof. Mohamed Saeed Khanbash, the President of Hadhramout University, met with Dr. Saleh Nasser Al-Tamimi, the Dean of the Police College in Hadhramout, at his office in the university presidency to discuss areas of cooperation between the two sides.
During the meeting, the Dean of the Police College provided a brief overview of the activities, programs, and enrollment system. He emphasized that over 450 officers graduated Police College from all regions of Hadhramout. They have served the citizens and the community in the field of security and police. He mentioned that the college aims to prepare officers to become future leaders, and it seeks to establish collaborative relationships with educational and academic institutions to activate research aspects, strategic studies and encourage its students to engage in scientific research to develop scientific and technological aspects. Additionally, preparations were made to sign a joint memorandum of understanding between Hadhramout University and the Police College in Hadhramout. He also invited the President of Hadhramout University to visit the Police College and get a closer look at the studying process in the coming days.
From his part, Prof. Mohamed Saeed Khanbash, the President of Hadhramout University, expressed his readiness to cooperate with the Police College in Hadhramout and provide them with all forms of cooperation in various academic, research, and scientific fields within the framework of mutual relations between the two parties. He welcomed the partnership with the Police College to implement joint activities and programs to benefit from the experiences of the university staff and serve the students of the Police College in Hadhramout.
Attending the meeting were Colonel Ahmed Saeed, Deputy Director for Educational Affairs, Colonel Mohammed Jumaan Al-Rubaih, Director of Educational Affairs, and Lieutenant Ahmed Saeed bin Imran, Director of Public Relations and Moral Guidance at the Police College in Hadhramout.
