Prof. Salem Al-Obathani Launches the Personal Interviews for the “’My Profession in Hand 7’’ Program

Prof. Salem Mubarak Al-Obathani, Vice President for Student Affairs at Hadhramout University, together with Mr. Khaled bin Shihab, Director of the Community Development Sector at Selah Development Foundation, and Mr. Mohammed bin Salem, Director of Nader Al-Nouri Academy for Naoblesse at the University’s Student Training Center, launched the personal interviews for the “’My Profession in Hand 7” program. It was implemented by Hadhramout University’s Student Training Center in partnership with Nader Al-Nouri Academy for Naoblesse, funded by Selah Development Foundation. The program aims to provide vocational training for university graduates to enhance their employment opportunities.

He and his accompanying delegation visited the student gathering halls to familiarize themselves with the process of conducting personal interviews for the program applicants. They also, listened to an explanation from the program organizers about the selection process for graduates and discussed the projects and ideas they presented through the registration form. In addition, they identified suitable and qualified individuals to participate in the program based on the assessment of skills, abilities, and knowledge by a four-member interview committee. They wished the applicants success and good luck.

It is worth mentioning that the program includes a number of training courses in entrepreneurship, critical thinking, life skills, and employability skills. The practical training for the “’My Profession in Hand 7’’  program will continue for two weeks at Nader Al-Nouri Academy for Naoblesse.
