Hadhramout University president resolution No.(103) in 2020 issued on September 8, 2020, stated after -the preamble- to terminate the scholarship continuity of Mr. Saleh Karamah Obaid Al-Saee for the higher studies in Malaysia; as stated under article No.(1). Article No.(2) stated to continue reducing the salary of the aforementioned. Article No.(3) stated that Hadhramout Foundation shall continue paying the student's tuition fees until it is approved by ministry of the higher education & scientific research. Article No(4) stated that the scholarship period starts in April, 2020 and ends in March, 2024. Article No.(5) stated that this decision shall be enforced from the date of its issuance, and the concerned authorities must approve and implement it.
