Hadhramout University president resolution No.(120) in 2020 stated after -the preamble- to appoint Mr. Ahmed Saeed Al Mugtaras as director of the popular support administration at University Hospital of Gynecology and pediatric under the article No.(1), raising the popular support department to the administrative level at the hospital. Article No.(2) stated to appoint the aforementioned as director to the popular support administration. Article No.(3) stated the decision shall be enforced from the date of its issuance, and the concerned authorities must approve and implement it.
