Hadhramout University resolution No.(135)in 2020, issued on October20, 2020 stated -after the preamble- under article No.(1) to dispatch Mr. Abdullah Abdulrahman Muhammad Baabbad for a higher study in Egypt. Article No. (2) stated to grant him only (75%) of the basic salary. Article No. (3) Stated that the scholarship period starts from the date he starts studying in the college. Article No. (4) Stated that the decision shall be enforced from the approval date of financial grant of the High Education & Scientific Research Ministry.
