Hadhramout University resolution No.(146)in 2020, issued on October22, 2020 stated -after the preamble- under article No.(1) to transfer Dr. Ahmed Saeed Obaidon from Hadhramout University to Seiyun University. Article No. (2) Stated that the decision shall be enforced from the date of its issuance. The concerned authorities must approve and implement the decision.
