Dr. Salim Bamsoud, Vice-Chairman of the Preparatory Committee for the First International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Engineering, said: The number of papers delivered to the Preparatory Committee for the Conference was 105, with 272 co-authors, 128 of whom were from outside Yemen. The papers included scientific topics relevant to the work of the Conference and were being reviewed by the Publishing and Technical Committees.
He added: the papers were reviewed and examined by the Technical Commission, with the similarity report prepared by the Publishing Commission, which were 72 accepted, and 26 were rejected. the letters of acceptance and rejection were sent to those concerned. He noted that he had been involved in the management of Tracks 18 (Trak Ashers), headed by Dr. Shepherd. Mazen and dr. Tawfik, more than 100 researchers participated in the review, and discretionary testimony will be sent to all of them.
Also, he added: It is a great honour for Hadhramaut University to take the lead in holding the first IEEE conference in Yemen, and I am pleased to announce that all the preparation committees are working tirelessly to highlight the first International Conference on Computing and Smart Engineering ICOICE 2019, which will be hosted by Hadhramaut University in mid-December.
He said: We are pleased at HU and the research group of Yemeni scientists to announce the organization of the 1st ICOICE at HU, on 15-16 December 2019.
He explained that the technical sponsor of the port was IEEE Yemen Subdivision, confirming that the Conference’s research would be published in IEEE Xplore, inviting a visit to the Conference website www.icoice.co as well as its Facebook page: He concluded by stating that an on-line presentation would be made available to participants from outside Yemen if they could not attend the conference.
