Prof. Hussein Abdulrahman Besalama, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, inspected the Future Complex at Hadramaut University together with Prof. Hadi Salim Al-Sabban, Acting Vice-President of the University for postgraduate studies and scientific research, Dr. Muttab Mubarak Baziad, Advisor to the Prime Minister, and Prof. Abdulsalam Abdullahah Baa’bood, Relief High Committee member.
On his arrival at the Future Complex on Tuesday 22/10/2019 he visited the college of Law, meeting Dr. Faiz Obedi ,dean of college and Dr. Ghalib Qawwati, deputy dean. He attended the College’s exhibition on the occasion of the first-level students’ reception as well as the Student Training Courtroom and part of the ceremony where students gave a live picture of a short case in a hypothetical trial of a drug suspect.
he expressed his admiration for the student’s virtual training presentation and added: “The study is no longer in its traditional form, but in the era of the great world of knowledge” and recommended Students that reading, knowledge and research should be intensified; Because today’s world is accelerating the transmission and dissemination of information.
During his visit to the College, the Minister was briefed on the Control Room and the Computer College Laboratories. he met Dr. Saeed Panaemon, Deputy Dean of the Computer College, and Dr. Abir Al-Mahjour, Head of the IT Department of the College, and expressed his admiration for the progress of the study. The Vice-Dean gave a thorough explanation of the work of the College to the Minister and his companions.
At the College of Open Education, the Minister was briefed on the mechanism of the admission and registration process by Dr. Khaled Al-Kaldi, Vice-Dean of the College of Open Education for Academic Affairs and Dr. Ahmed Sultan. also, Commending the level of development and the increase in the number of students, he noted that the College of Open Education was one of the most important colleges open to those who could not attend university.
They were accompanied on the visit by Prof. Ahmed Zain Bahmid, Director General of the General Information Administration at the university, and a number of faculty members and administrators in the colleges.
