On Monday, Nov.26th ,2018, Prof. Mohammed S. Khanbash, HU President met the committee delegation in support Environment hygiene. He praised the committee role in contributing to keep the environment cleaned, which considers the university one of the pioneering governmental institutions in this field, especially in the health field through the Medicine College , the University Hospital, and the Reproductive Health Center, and in The environmental field through the Environmental Sciences and Marine Biology College .
For his part, Ali Abdul Qadir Barrah and Salem Banny, Committee members gave an explanation of the Commission’s mechanism of work, its role in the hygiene of Mukalla City, in partnership with the government and private sectors, and the objectives that the Commission would pursue. They expressed the Committee’s desire to develop a partnership with the University, through its faculties and scientific centres, and to make use of its human potential, including students, faculty and staff.
The committee consisted of: Ali Abdel Qader Barjaa, Faiza Salem Bani, Mohammed Ahmed Bin Ali Al Hajj, Saeed Ali Al Hajj, Laila Jaafar Bin Brik, Hilal Abdullah Al Akbari, Abdel Rahman Abdel Hafez Hassan, Wafa Omar Khairallah and Rita Omar Al Akbari.
