Prof. Mohammed Saeed Khanbash, HU President , described the bilateral memorandum of understanding signed by Hadhramout University with the platform(ARID). Arab-speaking scientists, experts and researchers registered in the State of Malaysia at the seventh International Scientific Forum Closing Ceremony, which took place in the period of 11 years – November 15, 2020, that it would be a general basic framework through which direct cooperation conventions or contracts, joint educational and training projects, programmes, training courses, advisory or mutual services would be concluded in the areas of educational, academic, administrative and technical cooperation, as well as the exchange of academic, administrative and technical experience between the parties, as referred to in the memorandum. While participating in the work of the Forum via teleconference via zoom, the president added: The signing of a memorandum of understanding with the ARED platform at the closing ceremony is particularly symbolic and demonstrates the status of Hadhramaut University in international scientific forums as well as in Arab meetings. The note referred to the confidentiality of information that was included in projects or programmes of cooperation with the platform, while preserving intellectual and legal property rights, and prohibiting disclosure of information to a third party under any circumstances. The memo was signed by University of Hadhramaut Professor Dr. Mohammad Said Khanbash and Dr. Saif Al Swede, CEO of the platform. It is reported that the Forum is held with the participation of more than 2,000 researchers, and over 80 papers from 20 universities have been presented at the Forum.
