In his office, Prof. Mohamed Saeed Khanbash, HU Rector, met with Eng. Fahed Abdullah Baashen, Director of Hadhramout Foundation for Invention and Advancement of Science (HFIS).
They discussed some of joint projects that will be implemented within the framework of the partnership between HU and HFIS ,and to seek donor support for these projects including the establishment of Hadhramout Center for Applied Research which aims to serve the researchers and contributes to addressing some of the social problems in the governorate. They also discussed the opening of the House of invention in the College of Engineering and Petroleum, as well as the participation of HU and HFIS at the Australian International Aerospace Conference (AIAC18) to be held in February 2019.
