The Literary Cultural Club of Hadhramout University Students Organizes a Poetic Morning

Under the patronage of Prof. Muhammad Saeed Khanbash; President of Hadhramout University, the Literary Cultural Club organized a poetic morning  in which the poet Dr. Abu Bakr Al-Hamid was hosted in the hall of Ahmed Bawazir at the Faculty of Arts in Fuwa Colleges Complex.

In the event, which began with verses from the Holy Quran; Prof. Salem Muhammad bin Salman; Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs, pointed out that this event is the first activity of the cultural club which is a distinguished beginning to achieve high level of creativity by the students  to be  leaders in the literary movement in Hadhramout. He thanked  the Deanship of the Arts Faculty for their support of these  activities, as well as everyone who contributed to the coordination and organization for their success.

The public relations manager delivered a speech represented the Literary and Cultural Club of the university students, during which she confirmed that the cultural club is interested in supporting the university student in the fields of poetry, literature, and culture, and has an insightful vision to educate students scientifically and civilly and refine their skills and scientific creativity.

From his part,  Dr. Abu Bakr Al-Hamid, expressed his happiness for this participation in this beautiful poetic morning. He presented some literary and poetic texts and poems, providing students with an explanation of how to choose poetic words and literary texts, and some of his literary, cultural and scientific writings that won the admiration of the audience.

The event was attended by Prof.  Muhammad Barshaid; Dean of  Arts Faculty, Mr. Ahmed Zain Bahmaid; General Director of Media, Mr. Zaki Bagwego; General Director of Student Activities, Mr. Saeed Al Jariri; Director of Student Clubs at the university, a number of staff members, and a large number of students from the Faculty of Arts at Fuwa Colleges Complex  of Hadhramout University
