Prof. Mohammed Al-Abadi; The cultural advisor and a delegation from Hadhramout University consisting of Prof. Mohammed Awad Barsheed; Dean of the Faculty of Arts at Hadhramout University, and Prof. Salah Ali bin Medshall; Head of the Political Science Department, and Dr. Murad Mohammed Baalawi; a member of the faculty members visited in this morning the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University. They met Prof. Mahmoud Al-Saeed; Dean of the Faculty.
In the meeting, the dean of the college welcomed the cultural advisor and the delegation of Hadhramout University, and presented the history of the college, the stages of its establishment, the departments, the educational and academic programs available in the college at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and the college’s readiness to cooperate with Hadhramout University, which contributes to its development.
From his part, the cultural advisor expressed his thanks and appreciation to the college dean and its professors, praising the programs offered by the college to its students and its constant cooperation with all issues that are presented to the college, especially what concerns the students. On the other hand, the delegation of Hadhramout University discussed many teaching and academic issues with the College Dean that could develop Hadhramout University and its educational programs. The College Dean at Hadhramout University also wished the Faculty of Economics and Political Science at Cairo University to cooperate with the programs needed by the faculty.
During the visit the cultural advisor and the delegation of Hadhramout University met with Prof. Ali El-Din Hilal; Professor of political science at the college and the former Minister of Youth and Sports. They listened to a detailed explanation of the students programs. The delegation also reviewed the courses offered by the Political Science Department at the college and compared them to the courses offered in the Department of Political Science at Cairo University.
In addition to the delegation visited the electronic lab and college library, where they got acquainted with the mechanisms of admission, examination and monitoring grades, as well as the library's contents of distinguished books, studies and research.
The Deanship of the College and the Department of Political Science were honored with the shield of Hadhramout University. In addition, the cultural advisor, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Political Science discussed some issues of the students in the college
