Hadhramout University participated in a conference with the Chechen State University in Russia in which Prof. Muhammad Saeed Khanbash; HU President address a speech via video conference technology to Prof. Saidov Zaurbek Aslanbekovich; President of Chechen State University and Chairperson of the 2nd international Conference” Challenges in Environmental Resources Management” and to the participated members. He expressed his gratitude to participate in this conference in which a large number of scholars and researchers from different countries were participated.
He added that this participation of Hadhramout University occurred as an outcome of the Research and Scientific Cooperation Agreement between the two universities in June 2021 and as an extension of the collaboration between the two countries.
This conference discussed one of the important environmental challenges around the world ” Challenges in Environmental Resources Management”. They discussed many points such as; politics, economics, carbon, power, water, environmental management, the environmental problems caused by industry and Problems of agricultural pollution.
It is worth mentioned that after the establishment of Environmental Faculty and the center of the Environmental Studies and Water Resources, Hadhramout University implemented a number of activities related to the environmental issues that facing the world.
