Prof. Muhammad Saeed Khanbash; the President of Hadhramout University, held an extensive meeting with the leadership of the National Energy University of Malaysia, led by Dr. Nur Azuan; the University’s Vice President. The two universities signed a memorandum of understanding at the meeting.
During the meeting, the Vice President of National Energy University welcomed the delegation and highlighted the University’s role in providing the necessary consultations in the field of electricity generation, as well as its distinguished specializations. He expressed his desire to work together for the benefit of both universities and their members.
In his speech, the President of Hadhramout University expressed his gratitude to the Malaysians for their warm welcome and expressed the University’s eagerness to create strategic international partnerships in various fields, particularly in academia and research. He gave some examples of successful partnerships with similar universities and further emphasized the University’s commitment to turning agreements into tangible actions.
The meeting was attended by officials and specialists in international relations from both universities. National Energy University of Malaysia(Universiti Tenaga Nasional-UNITEN) is ranked 701-750 in the QS World University Rankings for 2023.
Furthermore, HU President and his delegation visited the Islamic Science University of Malaysia. They were received by Prof. Sharifudin MD Shaarani; the University’s Vice President, and the administrative staff. Various terms of the agreement were discussed, including joint scientific conferences and symposiums, increasing the scientific and research outcomes of both universities, exchange of professors and students, and other related academic issues. The meeting concluded with the signing of a memorandum of understanding and joint cooperation between the two universities.
The meeting was attended by officials and specialists in international relations from both universities. The Islamic Science University of Malaysia is ranked 501-550 in the Asian universities ranking for 2023. HU President thanked the leadership and the academic staff of Islamic Science University for their hospitality and looked forward to seeing the agreed-upon plans materialize soon.
