The Scientific Committee of the Third Scientific Conference at Hadhramout University held its regular meeting. It emphasized the importance of the prominent scientific event in the research field. As for the Fifth Scientific Research Conference, under the title: “Modern Trends in Humanities and Social Sciences in Serving the Community.” Prof. Mohamed Saeed Khanbash, Hadhramout University President, confirmed good preparation for the upcoming events and discussed the arrangements for the conference.
The university president emphasized the need for the committees to complete their assigned tasks. Prof. Salem Basraih, the conference chairperson, mentioned several accomplished works, as more than seventy researchers will participate in scientific papers.
The conference aims to identify the most important contemporary trends in humanities and social sciences, contribute to enriching academic research and its role in serving the community and encourage postgraduate students to participate in scientific conferences.
The university’s third scientific research conference will hold a symposium on Fish Farming: A Step Towards Food Security, the international symposium on “Bee Honey: Miracles between Food and Medicine,” and several scientific symposiums in various fields.
